We had a large well appointed apartment. More than sufficient heating. And the pool was heated and felt great. On the Govt Camp loop with easy access. Definitely recommend

Had an Air Bnb here. The room was clean and the rec room was great! Very nice pool table and multiple TVs in the room. The pool is warm enough to swim in 60 degree weather. Yocom falls is nearby and a short hike.

Wonderful place to stay! It is so spacious and set up for enjoying time with family. It Comes set with lots of games and movies and two large tables to play. The pool was amazing and is heated and there is also a community game room with pool table.

The pool is like a giant hot tub! Really enjoyed our family stay in a spacious condo. Trail access is literally just outside the back door, so hiking, sledding, and returning from timberline was easy.

Condo is located on the first floor (restaurant portion) of the historic Timberline Skyliner building located in Government Camp Oregon. Loved being part of that history. A short walk to Brewing Company … a bit longer walk to central Government Camp stores and restaurants. Condo has a huge fireplace, bring some firewood or simply load up at the General Store. Kitchen fully … fully stocked with cooking appliances, pots, pans and dishware. Plenty of spices too. Tons of space for families or get-togethers. A 15 minute drive to Timberline, or catch the bus just up the hill from the condo. Road is well maintained in the snow months, yet found it quiet day and night. Pool was under repair, but showers had a ton of hot water and warmed us up after ski days. Internet and Direct TV worked just fine. Looking for robes and slippers, go to the Ritz-Carlton. Looking for a great place to hang for a few days in a historic location and enjoy the outdoors … this is the place.

Thunderhead Inn Condos: where cozy interiors meet a supporting role in Hot Tub Time Machine. Inside, the place was warm and inviting, the kind of spot where you can kick back after a hike—though the bed was so firm I’m pretty sure it doubled as a chiropractic adjustment table. Ventilation? Let’s just say we didn’t need a menu, because we could smell exactly what the neighbors were cooking. Lots of grease, lots of guesses. Mystery solved every night. The exterior has that retro ski lodge chic—if chic means “someone should probably repaint this.” Seriously, if John Cusack had walked by in neon ski gear, it wouldn’t have felt out of place. Location, though, was a win. Being right next to a trailhead saved us a few bucks on parking passes, and the hikes gave us peek-a-boo mountain views worthy of a postcard. Sadly, no Sasquatch sightings, but we’re pretty sure he was just hiding behind the General Store waiting for snack refills. Between the nearby food options, the General Store, and the comedy value of the building itself, we had everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our “Govy” weekend stay—equal parts adventure, nostalgia, and mystery aromas.

Stayed here through Airbnb and had a wonderful time! Only a short drive to three different ski parks, very convenient for getting there early and beating the crowds. The best part of the lodge was the outdoor geothermal pool! ~100deg water to warm up after hitting the slopes!
